【Abstract】 Objective Toimprovethediagnosticrateoflocalamyloidosisofstomach. Method Onecaseoflocalamyloidosisofstomachwasreportedandtheliteratureswerereviewedontheetiopathology,clinicalfeatures,diagnosis,treatmentandprognosis. Result Thepatientwasnegativeforfamilyhistoryandotherchronicdisease.Totalgastrectomywastakenandwaseventuallyfoundtohavelocalizedamyloidosisofstomachandregionallymphnodes.TheamyloidosiswasfoundtobeofAAamyloidosis.Multiplebiopsyspecimenstakenfromesophagus,duodenum,rectumandbonemarrowshowednoamyloiddeposition. Conclusion Amyloidosisshouldbeconsideredinthedifferentialdiagnosisofgastrictumors,andalsoshouldberemovedbyoperationifcomplicationsaretobeprevented.
