前言目的合成检测尿酶的两种新底物并建立对
肾损伤动态监测方法。方法通过缩合及脱乙酰化分别合成CNP-NAG和CNP-Gal,并建立速率法分别测定庆大霉素肾损伤儿童尿中NAG酶及Gal酶活性及G/N的比值。结果所合成的试剂各项指标与进口样品完全一致。当检测因庆大霉素引起儿童肾损伤时,发现G/N的比值更能反映儿童肾损伤状况及肾功能修复的状况。结论可将肾功能指标由静态监测提升到动态监测,并确定G/N=0。15为肾损伤及肾修复的较敏感指标。
