陈旧性颌骨骨折三维模型的临床应用 头部美容

　　[摘要]目的：探讨快速成型技术制成的三维模型在颅颌面外科中陈旧性骨折中的应用。方法：采用美国Imatron公司的电子束CT（electronbeamCT,EBCT）C-150,对11例严重的陈旧性颅颌面骨折病人进行薄层CT容积扫描。将所获得CT图像数据在Allegro工作站进行快速成型制成头颅的三维模型。并对其进行手术设计，模拟手术，开展模型外科工作。结果：EBCT可以快速、立体、准确的显示骨折部位的三维解剖结构，头模可准确再现骨折的真实情况，该方法简化了手术步骤，提高了手术效果。结论：快速成型技术制备的头颅模型是诊断和治疗严重的陈旧性颅颌面骨折的有价值的辅助手段。　　[关键词]三维模型；颌骨；骨折；模型外科　　[中图分类号]R782.5[文献标识码]A[文章编号]1008-6455（2006）01-0048-03　　　　　　　　　　Applicationofthree-dimensionalskullmodelofjawboneoutmodedfractureinclinic　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　TANGXiao-jun,GUILai,ZHANGZhi-yong,NIUFeng,HUANLv-ping,YUDong,ZHENGZong-mei,LIUJian-feng　　　　　　（Cranio-maxillo-facialSurgeryDepartment,ChineseAcademyofMedicalSciences,ChineseUnionMedicalUniversity,Beijing100041,China）　　Abstract:ObjectiveDiscussingthree－dimensionalskullmodelofjawboneoutmodedfracturebyfastshapingtechniqueapplicationinthecranio-maxillo-facialsurgery.MethodsElectronbeamCTc-150（Imatroncompany）wereappliedto11patientswithseverejawboneoutmodedfracture.TheCTdatawerechangedinAllegroworkstationandintothree－dimensionalskullmodels.Wedesignedsurgery,givedmodelsurgeryonthem.ResultsThree-dimensionalanatomicstructureofthefracturecouldbeshowedclearly,accuratelyandfastbyEBCT.Theactualsituationonthefracturepartcouldbereappearanceexactlybytheskullmodel.Themethodsimplifiedthesurgeryandelevatedtheresults.ConclusionSkullmodelspreparedwithfastshapingtechniqueisavaluableassistantmethodtodiagnoseandtreatthesevereboneoutmodedfractureincranio-maxillo-facialsurgery.　　Keywords:three-dimensionalskullmodel;jaw;fracture;modelsurgery
