小良性前列腺增生139例诊治体会

　　【摘要】目的总结过去6年来小良性前列腺增生外科诊治经验，进一步提高其治疗水平。方法对过去6年来收治的139例小良性前列腺增生患者临床资料进行回顾性研究。诊断方法有经腹部前列腺b超、经直肠b超、最大尿流率检测、尿流动力学检查、穿刺活检和电切标本病理切片。手术方法为tuvp+turp，tuvp+turp基础上充分扩大膀胱颈口方法。结果一次手术成功率由1999年9月～2001年1月的68.75%升高至2001年2月～2003年6月的86.44%，2003年7月～2005的1月达到91.66%。尿道狭窄发生率由1999～2001年的18.75%减少到2001～2003年的8.47%，近2年减少为6.25%，其他并发症也相应减少。结论随着手术方式的改进，诊断精确度提高，严格把握手术指征，小良性前列腺增生一次手术成功率逐年上升，并发症逐年下降。　　experienceondiagnosisandsurgicaltreatmentforsmallbph:areportof139cases
