奥美拉唑与瑞巴派特治疗药物性

【摘要】目的:评价质子泵抑制剂（PPI）及胃黏膜保护剂治疗NSAIDs所致
药物性胃病的临床疗效。方法:分析120例因服NSAIDs引起消化系统症状的病例资料给予质子泵抑制剂（PPI）及胃黏膜保护剂瑞巴派特治疗效果。结果:质子泵抑制剂及胃黏膜保护剂瑞巴派特有明显疗效，其中PPI优于后者。结论:质子泵抑制剂（PPI）治疗NSAIDs所致药物性胃病疗效显著。
