前言目的 探讨乳光牙本质牙体元素成分与正常牙的差异。方法 选用等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-9000),对患者和对照组所有10个标本进行化学元素检测。结果 患者组Fe、Zn、Mn显著高于对照组(P<0。05);其他各种元素在两组间均无显著性差异(P>0。05);Ca/P比值患者组却显著高于对照组(P<0。05)。结论 本结果较好地解释了患者根管闭锁、龋坏率低等临床现象,为寻求满意的临床修复方法提供了客观依据
